Before you begin

By accessing or using Tevara at tevara.kinnected.pro, you enter into a binding agreement with Kinnected / People Elements Initiative (India). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your use of Tevara constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

1. Who can use Tevara

Tevara is available to any individual who:

By using Tevara, you confirm that you meet these criteria. If you are using Tevara on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. What Tevara is and is not

Tevara is a resume intelligence product that uses artificial intelligence to analyse resume content and provide scoring, feedback, and career-related insights.

Analysis produced by Tevara is AI-generated. It reflects the AI system's interpretation of your resume content and should be used as one input among many in your career decision-making — not as a definitive or sole guide.

3. Your account and data

Tevara does not require account creation for its core service. Your resume is processed in a browser session and is not stored on Tevara's servers. You do not create a username or password.

A device identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage to enforce the free preview limit. This data never leaves your device and contains no personal information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit, including resume content. You warrant that you have the right to submit any document you upload for analysis.

4. Payment, pricing, and refunds

4.1 Pricing

Tevara currently offers:

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees via Razorpay.

4.2 One-time payment model

Tevara operates on a one-time payment model. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal. Each payment grants access to a specific, defined deliverable as described at the point of purchase. No subscription trap. No hidden upsells.

4.3 Refund policy

Under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, digital services in India are subject to fair refund provisions.

To request a refund, contact support@tevara.kinnected.pro within 48 hours of the transaction with your Razorpay payment ID and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4.4 Payment security

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, which is PCI DSS compliant and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Tevara does not receive, store, or process any card details, UPI identifiers, or banking credentials. In the event of a payment dispute, you may also raise it directly with Razorpay.

Employer and recruiter use: Tevara is designed for individual professionals only. Using Tevara to screen, assess, or make decisions about other people's employment is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of data protection law.

6. AI-generated content and accuracy

Tevara's analysis is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model and is inherently probabilistic. The scoring engine uses deterministic rules, but narrative content (career insights, recommendations, bias analysis) is AI-generated.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Tevara's intellectual property

The Tevara product, including its scoring methodology, prompt architecture, visual design, brand assets (TEVARA wordmark, logo, colour system), and all underlying software, is the intellectual property of Kinnected / People Elements Initiative. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of Tevara without prior written permission.

7.2 Your resume content

You retain full ownership of your resume content. By uploading your resume, you grant Tevara a limited, transient, non-exclusive licence to process the content solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis. This licence is session-limited and terminates when your browser session ends. Tevara does not acquire any ownership or ongoing rights in your resume content.

7.3 Your report

The analysis report generated for your resume is provided to you for your personal use. You may use it for your own career development, share it with coaches or mentors, or reference it in your own job search. You may not resell it, publish it for commercial purposes, or claim it as your own original work.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tevara is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Kinnected / People Elements Initiative shall not be liable for:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of Tevara shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Tevara in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinnected / People Elements Initiative, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Tevara at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

Tevara does not maintain user accounts, so "termination" in practice means blocking access from your device or IP address in cases of abuse.

13. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Tevara at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service, except to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a revised version number and effective date. For significant changes:

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.1 Informal resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by contacting support@tevara.kinnected.pro. We will respond within 30 days.

15.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or appointed under the Act. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. Proceedings shall be in English.

15.3 Courts

For disputes not suitable for arbitration, or pending the outcome of arbitration, the courts of Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15.4 Consumer rights

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or from approaching the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
