If your complaint is not resolved
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days of submission, you have the right to:
- Approach the Data Protection Board of India (once fully operational under the DPDP Act 2023) for data protection matters
- Approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 for service-related disputes
- Seek appropriate legal remedy in the courts of India
